Mundali is one of the most famous place in the state to enjoy skiing. In this tour, you will be given enough time to enjoy skiing here. This is a 7 days and 6 nights trip where we will be covering Dehradun and Mundali. .
Start with the early morning 7-hour road trip from Delhi around 6 am and reach Dehradun at around 1 pm. Check into the hotel after arrival and relax, freshen up and have your lunch. Explore the local markets in the city. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. The distance of this road trip is around 264km.
The next destination of this road trip is to Mundali. The route which you will be following will be via surface Chakrata. The distance of this road trip is 165 km and the time taken will be around 6 hours. The evening is free for individual activities and you must return to the hotel later for overnight stay and dinner.
Mundali is a small town in Uttarakhand state and the place is really popular for skiing. A lot of adventure explorers come to this place to enjoy skiing. Have breakfast at your hotel and step out to try skiing at the Himalayan mountains. You will be experiencing picturesque sights of the snow capped peaks. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
If you have not done camping in Mundali, you have not really enjoyed the beauty of this place. So, two days are for leisure camping in Mundali. You can also enjoy skiing all these three days. You will be staying at the campsite in the tents and this will be really enthralling.
The next day, you will be returning to Dehradun after having an early morning breakfast. It is good to start with the road trip early so that you have enough time to spend at Dehradun. You will be crossing Chakrata again, so if you want to take out some time and enjoy here, you can do that too.
The tour ends on the 7th day and after having breakfast, check out of the hotel and return back to Delhi. The total distance of this road trip is 264 km and would take around 7 hours.
